We’re offering both in-person and Zoom workshops designed to support growing families with topics including:

👶 Baby Wearing
💤 Infant Safe Sleep
💙 Maternal Mental Health
🩺 High Blood Pressure Awareness

Extreme heat can be dangerous — stay cool and stay safe!

If you don’t have air conditioning, visit a cool public place like a library, mall, coffee shop, museum, or NYC Cooling Center. Cooling Centers open during heat emergencies to help New Yorkers stay safe from heat-related illness.
