Hello everyone hope everyone is doing well. I am sorry for my absence from social media. I have been taking a much-needed mental break since my dad’s passing in December. Although I was taking a mental break, Rescue was still happening. Rescue never stops no matter where you go. This is a little boy that I name Rocco. I came home from work and he comes running out out of nowhere from the yard, wagging his little tail. I immediately put him in a carrier went down into the neighborhood asking if anyone knew where he had came from, no one you knew, never seen him. The infestation of ticks and fleas did not look like he was an indoor dog. He was living in the wild. Finders keepers. I fostered him for almost 7 weeks. He was vetted and went to New York for foster. I am grateful for my friend Melinda who met me halfway to transport. He was a special little guy demanding, pushy, but very affectionate, sweet and just lovable when he wants to be. Rocco came to me at a good time he saved me out of my misery a much needed friend and distraction to help me get through. All is well with all of the cats in New York City. I’m grateful for my colony caretakers Wayne, Monica and Patricia they are doing a phenomenal job. I am in constant communication with them and I am also sending support for whatever is needed medically. I will be going to New York soon to make sure that the cats will be warm this winter. I lost one colony Cat here in the country and one of my resident cat that passed away. It’s sad when you have to lose them. To all my babies that have crossed the rainbow bridge, sleep in peace sweet babies mama loves you so much. 🌈🥲❤️♥️ thank you everyone.
