For 10Mins1Page, this day is a reminder of why we started.

We believe something as simple as 10 minutes, one page, and a safe space to write can help someone reflect, release, heal, and feel heard.

What started with a belief in the power of expressive journaling has grown into a mission to bring journaling, wellness, reflection, and community connection to people of all ages throughout the Bronx and beyond.

We’re proud to be a Bronx-based nonprofit doing this work right in the community that helped shape us.

Every journal opened.
Every conversation started.
Every person who chooses to put their feelings on the page.

Happy National Notebook Day ✏️📓

National Notebook Day celebrates the power of writing things down — our thoughts, dreams, ideas, memories, and stories. It’s a reminder that something as simple as a notebook can become a tool for creativity, healing, learning, reflection, and change.

It’s amazing to think how something as simple as a pencil and paper could grow into something so meaningful. What started as a few thoughts on a page turned into conversations, healing, creativity, connection, and the community we continue building through 10Mins1Page.

A notebook became a safe space.
A journal became a voice.
And one page at a time, lives started changing — including mine.

To everyone who has journaled with us, shared their story, supported the mission, or simply picked up a notebook to pour their heart out… thank you. The Bronx community continues to inspire me every single day. 💛

Never underestimate what can come from one idea, one page, and one honest moment with yourself.

Join us for a soft afternoon of reflection and expressive journaling as we gather in community to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters. Inspired by the beauty of April showers, this circle invites you to release what you’ve been holding and nurture the quiet growth happening within you.

As the Founder of 10mins1page, the first known nonprofit dedicated to expressive journaling to heal minds, nurture spirits, and strengthen communities—I am also a proud soror of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, a sisterhood that deeply believes in the power of pause.

The Finer Reset Box was created as an intentional invitation to slow down, reflect, and begin again—especially in a season when so many of us are used to pushing through instead of pouring back into ourselves. This moment calls for rest that is meaningful and reflection that is honest.
