Last month in October, we came together in New York City and online for the IMPACTability Disability Advocacy & Career Summit, a day overflowing with inspiration, conversation, and authentic community. Thank you to every student, advocate, mentor, sponsor, volunteer, speaker, and supporter who created space for real dialogue about disability inclusion and the power of opportunity.

The Parade honors our past, celebrates our present, and reminds us that inclusion, accessibility, and love are what unite us all.
