My dogs haven’t done rattlesnake avoidance training so no trails for us till it cools down. Also… stay on the trail, leash your dog, and stay vigilant.

First time hearing one rattle in person and it was way louder than I expected. 👀

Replying to Tillz is scheduled to be euthanized at North Central Shelter in Los Angeles. This uniquely adorable 1-year-old shepherd mix puppy is in urgent danger and will not survive unless he is adopted or fostered by Tuesday, July 28th at 4 pm. Tillz arrived in April as a stray, found all alone and running in the streets with no one to protect him. Volunteers say he’s polite, friendly, and affectionate, yet he flinches and cowers at sudden movements, signs of the trauma he has endured. Around other dogs, Tillz is playful and social, with a clear preference for female companions. Sadly, the constant fear and stress has left him unable to tolerate restraint and muzzling, and for this, he was chosen to die. Tillz is still a baby. He deserves compassion, not punishment, for being terrified in a place that overwhelms him. Please consider adopting, fostering, pledging, or sharing everywhere you can. Time is running out, and Tillz’s life now depends on someone choosing him before it’s too late.
