SCOA Board Members were honored to be present at the 9th JD’s Acts of Heroism program on Wednesday in Orange County. Sgt. Amanda Moscoto was recognized for a courageous off duty incident and Major Joe Ciardello, SCO Rob Mohl and SCO Mike Losciuto were recognized for over 30 years of service.
