Mind Via Sol’s Contribution to Daffiama Saapare D/A Primary School
Mind Via Sol’s commitment to education in Ghana has gone beyond the donation of school supplies. As part of our work in the Daffiama Bussie Issa Constituency, we also contributed to the rehabilitation of Daffiama Saapare D/A Primary School, including efforts associated with repairing and rebuilding the school’s roof.
The condition of the school building demonstrated that supporting education requires more than placing books and supplies in the hands of students. Children also need a safe and functional environment in which to learn. The images documenting the work show the roof structure during the rehabilitation process and the school building that our efforts helped support.
This work was carried out as part of Mind Via Sol’s broader collaboration in the constituency, including our work with Hon. Dr. Sebastian N. Sandaare, Member of Parliament for Daffiama Bussie Issa, to identify and respond to educational needs within local communities.
Our involvement represents the approach Mind Via Sol seeks to take in the communities we serve: not simply holding an event, but contributing to the infrastructure, resources, and conditions that make education possible. The subsequent Back-to-School initiative, including support for pupils at Daffiama Saapare D/A Primary School and other schools in the constituency, builds upon that commitment.
For Mind Via Sol, the roof has a significance beyond the physical structure. It represents protection, stability, and a place where children can continue learning. Our contribution to Daffiama Saapare D/A Primary School is one part of our continuing effort to strengthen communities through education, prevention, intervention, and sustainable local partnerships.
