🎉 GET READY FOR SCHOOL 🎉

Good news, Club families! Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year opens Monday, July 6 at 6:00 AM.

How to Register:
1. Visit our website at bgcwp.com
2. Click Membership Portal.
3. Add your child as a member.
4. Add activities to your cart.
5. Complete checkout.

💲 School Year Membership Fee: $200 per child (one-time fee for the entire school year). Ask about our payment plans and income-based discounts.

📅 Payment Deadline: August 8, 2026

⚠️ Enrollment is first come, first served, and spots are limited.

📧 After submitting your registration, please allow up to 3 business days for staff to review your application. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment status.

Due to technical errors, we have decided to switch back to our old system, nFocus Trax Solutions. If you recieved an enrollment confirmation email prior to this switch, your child's information will already be in Trax and your spot is still saved. If you did not recieve that email, you will need to register your member on Trax at https://online.traxsolutions.com/bgcgwp/Thayer #

Enrollment Pause Due to Technical Issues

📢 ENROLLMENT UPDATE 📢

We are temporarily pausing enrollment due to technical issues with our current enrollment system. Our team will be transitioning back to our previous system, and this process will require a short pause in enrollment while everything is transfreed and updated.

We appreciate your patience as we work to make enrollment smoother and more reliable for families. We are hopeful that enrollment will reopen later this week, and we will share an update here on Facebook as soon as it is available.
