Can you believe we're already halfway through the year? 🌿

June is more than a new month. It's the door to the second half of 2026, and we want you walking through it with clarity, not chaos.

Take a breath. Release what the first half carried. You made it through things you didn't think you would, and that matters more than any goal you didn't tick off.

Here's to the next six months feeling lighter, clearer, and a little more like you. 💛
Happy new month, love. We're rooting for your peace.

She reminds us that self care is not just something you turn to when you are already struggling. It is something you practice before things fall apart.
Rest when you need to. Step away from what drains you. Say no without guilt.
These small decisions protect your mental health before it becomes a crisis.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we are grateful for voices like hers that keep us grounded in what truly matters.

💚 What is one self care habit you are committing to this month? Share it in the comments below.

She showed up every single day.

Healing is not always pretty. And that is okay.
It might change your relationships. It might change your lifestyle. It might look like therapy, or hiking, or biking, or just an honest conversation with someone you trust — even an Uber driver.
What matters is that you show up for it every single day.
Breaking the stigma around mental health does not require a big moment. It starts with one conversation. One honest question. One person willing to say how they really feel.
Asking for help does not make you weak. It makes you human.
Mental wellness looks different for everyone. But self care has to be a daily practice, not a last resort.
As clinician Nia Gibbs Francis reminds us: you are worth the work. 💚
More Good Days, Together.

He made the whole world laugh. But behind the scenes, he was quietly struggling.

Robin Williams was loved by millions yet so many people never knew how much pain he was carrying.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, his story reminds us why it matters to go beyond "I'm fine."

Why it matters to ask. To listen. To create spaces where people can be honest about how they're really doing without fear, without judgment.

This video breaks down why open conversations aren't just nice to have. They can be the difference that saves a life.

All through May, let's keep showing up for each other.
More good days. Together.

She showed up every single day.

As a daughter, a sister, a friend, a mother. She delivered. She performed. She smiled when it was required.

And the whole time, she was fighting a mental health battle nobody around her could see.

That is what depression can look like. Not a breakdown. Not tears. Just overthinking at 2am, exhaustion that sleep does not fix, and irritability you cannot explain to the people you love.

One of the biggest misconceptions about depression is that the symptoms are always visible. For so many people, they are not. The hardest part is not just the battle itself. It is carrying it in silence and not knowing how to ask for support without fear of being judged.

Mental wellness is not just about the moments that break you. It is about everything you carry in between.

That is exactly why this conversation matters. That is exactly why this community exists.

You are not alone in this. More good days are possible. Together.

Nobody talks about the quiet weight.
Not the crisis. Not the breakdown. Just the everyday pressure of keeping it together, showing up, and making it look easy.
Young adults are carrying a lot right now. And most of it in silence.
Your mind needs care the same way your body does. That is not weakness. That is not laziness. That is just being human.
Give yourself permission to tend to it.

Mental health is part of the game, too. 🤍

2X Xcel Regional Gold Medalist Kaitlyn Ellis knows that strength in sports isn’t just physical, it’s mental. Learning to manage pressure, give yourself grace, and protect your peace matters just as much as training.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s create more good days, together.

More Good Days, Together 💚

For Zayden Mitchell, mental health starts with his environment. From Huntington High School to sports to leadership roles, he knows the people around you and the spaces you’re in can shape how you think, feel, and grow.

By leading with positivity, discipline, and support, he’s helping create an environment where others can succeed, not just physically, but mentally too.

Because where you are matters… and so does your mind.

More Good Days, Together 💚

Athletes are trained to push through pain, but mental health isn’t something you have to face alone. Every practice, every setback, every comeback… your mind is part of the journey too.

Let’s show up for each other, speak openly, and make space for more good days, on and off the field.

Because your mind matters!

May 1st is here, and Minematters Foundation is officially launching our Mental Health Awareness Month campaign: More Good Days, Together.

For the next 31 days, we are showing up daily with stories, resources, and honest conversations about mental health in the workplace, in schools, in sports, and in our communities.

We are in a season where many families are feeling the weight of financial stress, uncertainty, and change. Mental health is not separate from that. It is right in the middle of it. And this campaign exists to say: you do not have to carry it alone.

This month, we want to hear from YOU. We are collecting:
Video testimonials (30-60 seconds)
Written quotes and personal reflections
Student artwork and creative submissions
Team or group Reels and TikToks

Submission deadline: May 15, 2026. Details in the comments.

Share this post. Tag your people. Let's build more good days together.
