Our valued Scout Leader,
We thank you for all you are doing to assist young men and women achieve the goals of Scouting: life long skills, leadership development, self improvement, patriotism, and being a spark for others to follow. We want to help your many Scouts on their trail to Eagle. Your council has a page dedicated to just this purpose. We want to highlight the successes. We want to assist you in molding future Eagle Scouts. Part of the trail to Eagle is the service project. As your Scouts work on and complete their Eagle Service project, have them share their project ideas, encourage them to take action pictures to act as inspiration for other Scouts.

When an Eagle award is presented...share to excitement...pictures...

Show off your present Eagle Scouts. Tell the story: A picture, their project, and where are they now. No Names - Just Troop Number. Forward your information to Janice Richardson ([email protected])

We grow our Eagles one at a time. Lets help them see the possibilities.

Fairview Elementary is the proud recipient of a brand new Gaga Ball Pit! Thanks to the labor of Scout Wesley and help from Scouts and leaders in Troop 19.

They received generous in-kind donation of lumber and hardware from Lowe's Texarkana.

Wesley is a senior at Arkansas High School, and this is his Eagle Project!

Thank you, Wesley, Troop 19, and Lowe's!

Congratulations, Wesley! You are one step closer to becoming an Eagle & the Council is super proud of you!

This week we were asked by The Learning Station-Texarkana to come and teach a group of kiddos about wilderness survival, camping, etc. Eagle Scout Samuel went and spent 2 days with the kids teaching them the Outdoor Code, Leave No Trace Principles, how to set up and take down a tent, made a first aide kit, 6 Cub Scout Essentials, and so much more! Fun was had by all! Thank you, Samuel, for giving back to the community!

If your son or daughter is interested in joining Cub Scouts or Scouts BSA go to beascout.org and find a Pack/Troop near you!
