📢 Important Registration Update
Beginning Monday, June 8, We Are Washington will be updating all student records as we transition to a new registration and attendance system.
To ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for every child, all families will be asked to complete updated registration paperwork, including current contact information, emergency contacts, medical information, and permissions.
Starting June 8, parents or guardians will be asked to complete this paperwork when dropping off their child. The process should only take a few minutes and will help us maintain accurate records for all students.
If you have previously completed registration paperwork, we apologize for the inconvenience, but all families will need to complete a new registration form as part of the transition to our new system.
As our program continues to grow, these updates will help us maintain safe staff-to-student ratios, improve communication with families, and provide the highest quality experience possible for our students.
Current and regularly attending families will be given priority during this transition. To ensure the safety of our students and maintain quality programming, enrollment will be capped at 90 students. Once capacity is reached, additional students will be placed on a waiting list.
