🎓 For the fifth consecutive year, the Teutopolis Civic Club was proud to present our Merit Awards during Honors Night, recognizing two graduating seniors who exemplify excellence not only in academics, but also in character, leadership, and service to others. This year, we were also excited to increase each award to $1,500! 👏

Congratulations to this year’s recipients, Claire Overbeck and Inman Wendt! 🏆

Both students were nominated by Teutopolis High School teachers, administrators, and staff for consistently demonstrating kindness, compassion, integrity, and respect. These are students who don’t simply meet expectations, they exceed them through their actions at school and throughout the community. ❤️

Staff members described Claire as “respectful toward all school personnel as well as her peers.” They noted that she “maintains a positive personality and approaches every situation with grace,” and that she is “humble and committed to a life of service.” 🌟

Inman was recognized for embodying the exact qualities this award was created to celebrate. One teacher shared that “he is often overlooked because of his quiet presence, but he consistently exhibits integrity and a positive attitude.” 🙌

Claire and Inman, the Teutopolis Civic Club is incredibly proud of the example you set for others. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! 🎉

Catholic Heart Work Camp is just around the corner! We’re proud to support this amazing group as they work to make a real difference in the lives of others. It’s inspiring to see young people stepping up, serving a community in need for a week, and growing in their faith through the power of volunteering. We’re grateful to be a small part of their journey!

Thanks to the Teutopolis Civic Club for their generous donation to our Catholic Heart Workcamp mission trip!

Partnerships like these make our community a great place to be!

📢 Change of Plans – Please Share!
Due to the forecasted rain, the Easter Egg Hunt will be moved to the Teutopolis Banquet Hall.
To accommodate the St. Francis Youth Ministry Easter Day of Fun schedule, the hunt will now begin at 10:15 AM. This allows time for kids to be picked up from TGS gym and head over to the Banquet Hall.

Today's the day! Be one of the first 300 kids to take advantage of $5 off of books from the Teutopolis Civic Club.

TGS will be hosting a Scholastic book fair in the TGS gymnasium on Tuesday, February 17th from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. The Teutopolis Civic Club has generously donated $5 towards a purchase for each of the first 300 grade school students to shop at the book fair. Thanks for supporting and helping to create a reading community in our school!

💛💙 $200,000 GIVEN BACK TO TEUTOPOLIS 💙💛
TCC has hit a huge milestone! Since our inception in 2020, the Teutopolis Civic Club has proudly donated over $200,000 back into the Teutopolis community. This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the incredible generosity of our community members and the amazing sponsors who support our annual Oktoberfest event year after year.
Because of you, we’ve been able to support:
- Families facing medical expenses or unforeseen expenses in times of hardship
- Other local organizations such as Catholic Heart Work Camp and the White Lilly Project
- Merit awards given to a male and female graduating senior that follow TCC values
- Community traditions including Christmas baskets, Halloween parade, and the Easter egg hunt
- The Firefighter Fundraiser we held after the anhydrous accident
This is what happens when a community comes together with heart and purpose. Thank you for believing in our mission and for continuing to support Teutopolis in ways that truly make a difference. 💙💛

The Teutopolis Civic Club would like to congratulate Mark and Tammy Willenborg as the 2026 winners of our Annual Christmas Light Display Contest! Their festive display truly stood out and helped spread holiday cheer in our community.
