The Friends' Literacy Project has been busy for another round of reading at area schools. Our volunteer reader Colette Suntum read Fiona Helps a Friend along with a hand puppet activity. Ms. Gold's first grade at Balls Creek Elementary read Curious George followed by a summer visor with stickers activity. Four of our six awesome first grade readers were at Catawba Elementary last week: Catherine Webb, Colette Suntum, Debbie Zilli, and Emily Huling. And the community is invited to our Meet and Greet this week at the Library!
