A Greener World is home to North America's most meaningful food labels. Our flagship label, Certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW was acknowledged by Consumer Reports as the only “highly meaningful” food label for farm animal welfare, outdoor access and sustainability. The three certifications we offer are Certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW, Certified Grassfed by AGW & Certified Non-GMO by AGW and are only available to independent farms. AGW offers the only truly pasture-based welfare labels: no cages, crates or feedlots. Our standards were developed in collaboration with a large group of veterinarians, scientists, subject matter experts and farmers. Each year they are reviewed on the basis of new or evolving research, updates in best practice and feedback from actual on-farm experience.
