Don’t forget — cattle weigh-in will be held this Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please make sure your cattle are there during weigh-in hours.

🚨Upcoming Dairy Cattle meeting🚨

📅 Date: March 17, 2026
🕡 Time: 6:30 PM
📍 Location: The banquet center

During this meeting we will discuss several important topics including shirts, sponsorships, awards, the 4-H parade, and any other items that are pertinent for the upcoming fair season. We will also review important upcoming dates and deadlines.

Upcoming Dates:

May 9 (8:00–11:00 AM) – Tag Day

May 15 – Animal ID requirement due on 4-H Online

June 26 – Livestock training (YQCA or IN4HQLC) and FairEntry due date

July 8 (6:00 PM) – Barn Clean Up and Set Up

July 11–18 – Fair Week

August 7–23 – State Fair

Please plan to attend so we can make sure everyone is prepared for the upcoming season.

The Beef club is hosting a Livestock Quality Care Class that day. 11am. (All exhibitors must be certified through Indiana 4-H Quality Livestock Care animal program by June 24.)

Due to weather, the Dairy Cattle Tag-In & Weigh-In originally scheduled for this Saturday has been rescheduled to February 7, 2026.
*Please note the only dairy tag-in dates this year are February 7 and May 9.

📚 The Beef Club will host a Livestock Quality Care class at 11:00 AM on Feb. 7. All dairy exhibitors must be Indiana Quality Livestock Care certified by June 24.

We are also looking for award sponsors for our Dairy Show, if you have ideas or contacts, please message me.
