As a Therapist that specializes in grief this is the reason many people have unprocessed grief……the real words that they desired to say were held inside and after the death of a loved one those words can lead to intensified grief that can cause unhealthy behavior. Grief recovery is possible by grace. Release it in therapy & allow it to be healed by the LORD.
