We’re excited to announce Summer Movie Nights at Gilbert Park!

Join us at Gilbert Park for 3 nights of FREE family fun this summer! Bring your family, friends, lawn chairs, and blankets for an evening of movies, games, and community.

Movie Schedule:
June 10 – The Bad Guys 2
July 1 – Zootopia 2
August 5 – Encanto

🕗 Events begin at 8:00 PM
🌅 Movies start at dusk

Yard games available before the movie 🎲
Snacks & drinks provided while supplies last 🥤

SCHOOL’S OUT, SUMMER IS IN! 🥳☀️

The wait is over, our Summer Program is officially back!

Join us Monday through Friday from 9AM-1:30PM for a summer full of friendships, activities, learning opportunities, and lots of fun ahead!

We’re excited to see so many familiar faces and welcome new ones as we kick off another great summer at 14th & Chestnut!

📌Parents/Guardians: Please be sure to review any paperwork sent home with your child through out this first week. We have made some updates to our behavior policy and other program information for the summer, so we ask that all families take a few moments to read through these materials!

📣 Important Program Update for Families!!

Our last day of After School Program will be Friday, May 15th as we begin preparing our building, team rooms, and staff for an exciting summer ahead! ☀️

Our Summer Program will officially begin on June 1st from 9:00AM–1:30PM, and we can’t wait to welcome our students back for a fun summer together!

Please make sure to read the flyer carefully for important dates and transportation reminders for students who normally ride the bus directly to the center.
Flyers are also being sent home with students this week to ensure all families receive this information.

Join the community for the Herz-Rose Park Grand Opening on May 1! Stop by the ribbon-cutting at 10 AM and come back for a fun block party from 4–7 PM with activities for youth, new playground features, a splash pad, and more!!

We are still reflecting on what an incredible evening our Banquet turned out to be, with over 200 people in the room. THANK YOU to everyone who joined us, supported the mission, and felt led to give, we are truly grateful!

This year’s theme, Proverbs 22:6, wasn’t just something we talked about, it’s something we live out. Every moment spent pouring into a child matters, and because of you, those moments continue.

To our sponsors, thank you for believing in this mission. To our staff, board, and volunteers, you are the heart behind everything we do. The long hours, the setup, the cleanup… it all mattered, and we’re so grateful!

And congratulations to our award winners! We are so proud of you all, and are honored to celebrate the impact you make in the lives of our students and community!
