Massey Lake Community Center

Massey Lake Community Center Massey Lake Community Center Massey Lake Community Center (formerly known as Massey Lake High School Gymnasium) is a staple in the community.

It was originally constructed as part of the school but became a center after the school was dismantled. It now promotes unity and togetherness for the families in the community. It's a place where they can come together for birthdays, reunions, meetings, and other events. It is literally and figuratively the center of the community.

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our board of directors, Precinct 2 Commissioner Rashad Mims, Sheriff Rudy Flores, Councilman James Smith, Elder Anthony Hubbard, Precinct 2 Constable Marvin Jenkins, Anderson County Historical Commission, Massey Lake Ex-Students School Reunion, Ethel Holly, Nicole Bowser, BCICC - Butler Community Center - E.E. Wheat Memorial Center, Reverend R.C. Emmanuel, LaTonya Coleman, Kat Powers, Robert Brown, and Marcus Bouldin.
