Verve Church is a church that will bring life and hope to a community of people to call their own. Verve Church literally means full of spirit and enthusiasm. We believe that we will be the tangible enthusiasm of God’s love to the loveless, hope to the hopeless and offer community connectivity through our VGroups, Discipleship ministries, outreach and more.

Fall sports are here — and we’re bringing students, coaches, families, and our community together for Fall Sports FCA Day at Verve!

Join us Sunday, September 13th at 10 AM for a special morning featuring Dusty Hightower as our guest speaker, along with encouragement, prayer, and a challenge for athletes to compete with purpose and live their faith boldly on and off the field.

Whether you play football, softball, volleyball, cheer, cross country, or any other fall sport, we want you there.

How can we pray 🙏🏽 for you today?

Sometimes God gives us little reminders that He’s still painting the sky.

Thank you to Christi Austin for capturing this incredible moment over the old farmhouse on our church property. 🌈

That old house has stood through countless seasons—sunshine, storms, and everything in between. Seeing a rainbow resting behind it is a beautiful picture of what God does in our own lives. He doesn’t promise a life without storms, but He does promise His presence through them.

Maybe today you needed this reminder:
The storm won’t last forever. God’s promises still stand. Hope is still alive.

“Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant…” — Genesis 9:16

What a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness over this place and over every life He continues to change here.

We had a blast hanging out with THS Softball at their camp this week! Banning Mills never disappoints but the atmosphere was even better. Verve, because of your continuous generosity, we were able to provide their dinner on Tuesday night. Let’s keep reaching our community! Thank you to Coach Kenneth Brown for allowing us this amazing opportunity! We’re so grateful that we get to do this with you.

We’d like to apologize.

We’re sorry if Verve isn’t the kind of church that lets you stay comfortable.

We’re sorry if the Bible gets opened, truth gets preached, and lives get challenged.

We’re sorry if people actually believe God still changes marriages, restores families, breaks addictions, heals wounds, and transforms hearts.

We’re sorry if our worship is passionate, our people are welcoming, and our faith is genuine.

We’re sorry if you came looking for religion and found a relationship with Jesus instead.

And we’re especially sorry if you were hoping to blend in unnoticed—because around here, people will learn your name, pray for your family, and love you like you belong.

Actually… we’re not sorry at all.

We believe the Gospel still changes lives, the presence of God still transforms people, and the Church should still be a place where broken people find hope.

If that’s the kind of church you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you this Sunday at 10am. ❤️
