The company is investing $110 million to grow its operations—adding 175,000 square feet and 48 new jobs, bringing its local workforce to around 400.

The new City Center boasts wide, walkable streets, fresh landscaping, and restored landmarks like the Hawn Hotel and Arcadia Theater.
