Early voting is underway for the May 1 local elections. Among the items on the ballot for Temple voters is approval of a $124.9 million bond issue for Temple College. Early voting locations in Temple include City Hall and One College Centre on our campus. Polls are open this week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Long before Allison Dickson graduated number one in her class from Baylor Law School, she took classes at Temple College. Fast forward to present day, and Allison has three scholarships endowed in her name because she understands the value of education. One of those is the Allison Dickson Temple Proud Scholarship that goes to a Temple High School senior who will attend Temple College after graduation.
