CACP would like to invite you to the 2nd in-person workshop of the year on “SB 9 Two Unit Developments and Urban Lot Splits”, sponsored by Carpet King. This workshop is this Saturday, 16th of April from 9:30am-11:30am at 888 Seafood Restaurant in Rosemead.
The keynote speaker is Yang Wang, a registered architect and the founder of Yang Architect. She will explain the Senate Bill 9 regulations which allows the property owner to split the lot and build two residential units on each lot.
Free for CACP member / $20 for non CACP member
