Our emotions often feel sudden and unpredictable, but they are usually revealing something deeper happening beneath the surface. The thoughts we repeat and the beliefs we quietly embrace shape the way we experience life more than we realize. Over time, distorted thinking and false beliefs can slowly reshape our perspective, leaving us discouraged, bitter, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. But when God’s truth begins to confront those false narratives, clarity and freedom become possible again.
