Hey everybody, there is a new course similar to the student investment fund. The class is called socially responsible investing student investment fund. SOS 498/594 Sustainability in Investing (Class 88135/88137) – Thursdays at 4:30pm
Under faculty supervision, students manage $800,000 of the ASU Foundation's assets over the course of the year in a socially responsible manner.
Seeking students with Sustainability, Business, Math, and/or Engineering majors for interdisciplinary perspectives. Students will develop and implement an investment strategy that incorporates Environmental, Social, and Governance metrics while also considering overall impact. Investment topics include divestment, shareholder activism, and impact investing. Two semester commitment required for three credits.
