How we began

It all started with an idea of reviewing ART and what it stands for, but eventually progressed into something different because of a meaningful dialogue about Culture. Culture is defined as, “The customary beliefs, social forms, and material traits of a racial, religious, or social group”. The dialogue about culture and what it represents to us, as people; had us thinking. What if, we could make a club that promotes cultural awareness through ART and COMMUNICATION. And our mission as a club was born.

The ‘Diversification of Artistry Club’ takes notice of social issues in society about race and culture. Our goal is to have a dialogue about culture and the teachings of cultural awareness. The understanding of another culture before making predetermined decisions/accusations is something we would like to eliminate. Lets understand the impacts of another race and what they face in society, but to also learn about the interesting, important, powerful and beautiful; cultures across the globe.
