What a way to reset! 🧘‍♀️

This week, ACELerate Women gathered at Sommet Fitness for "Pilates & Self-Care: A Reset for Busy Women."

Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor Steve Vicera walked our members through the reformer, the stability chair, and simple moves you can bring back to a packed workweek. First-timers and regulars alike jumped in, and the energy (and laughter) carried right through to the group photo.

A huge thank-you to Steve and the Sommet Fitness team for hosting us, and to everyone who showed up to invest in themselves.

Self-care isn't a break from leadership. It's part of it.

Hi Just a quick reminder that Move Better, Live Better: Pilates, Mobility & Self-Care is happening today at Sommet Fitness in North Scottsdale.

Join ACELerate Women for an interactive evening focused on movement, mobility, strength, and self-care. ACEL member and Sommet Fitness founder Steve Vicera will lead us through a hands-on Pilates-based session and share practical strategies you can incorporate into your daily routine.

Come comfortable and ready to move! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to participate in the movement session.

What an incredible Saturday morning at our Sleep in Heavenly Peace - AZ, Phoenix (SHP) Bed Build! 🛠️✨

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing volunteers who rolled up their sleeves to sand and assemble handcrafted wooden bunk beds for local children in need.

We also want to give a special shout-out to the Phoenix Sister Cities Taipei Committee and the Taiwan Young Leaders Group for joining forces with us and bringing so much wonderful energy to the WorkSHoP!

Together, we're making sure that no kid in our city has to sleep on the floor. ♥️

No success story is ever written alone. This past Tuesday, ACEL-Phoenix Mentorship Cohort 32 came together for their midterm assessment, taking time to reflect on their journey, share their experiences, and learn from one another. The progress we see in each participant is made possible by the mentors, Relationship Managers, and everyone who continues to show up, support, and invest in each other.

Cohort 32, keep going and keep leaning in. Stay connected, support one another, and make the most of the relationships you are building. Your journey is not just about what you gain, but also what you can give back to others along the way. Let’s finish strong and continue to learn by leading and pay it forward.
