In 2018, President Trump signed the VA MISSION Act into law, which expanded options for veterans to get care from community health care providers when the VA isn't able to meet their needs. Under the Biden admin, instead of offering community care, the VA has been restricting veterans to only VA facilities, which means longer wait times and driving. Sign this letter now to demand Congress works to hold the VA accountable to follow the law by passing the Veterans' ACCESS Act. Veterans' lives depend on it.

The Biden administration, their supporters in Congress, and the current VA Secretary Denis McDonough, prefer that veterans stay trapped in this broken health care system to justify the bloated VA budget.
The VA will hide behind their policies even if it results in the death of a veteran. Which is exactly what happened last year when a veteran collapsed in their parking lot and died a couple days later in a community hospital. The PHX VA denied him care when he was literally at their front door and said it was against their policy to help him.
SIGN AND SHARE this letter now to demand Congress works to hold the VA accountable to follow the law by passing the Complete the Mission Act. Veterans' lives literally depend on it!

The VA has been facilitating community care for unauthorized migrants. The same care they are actively denying for veterans. The hypocrisy here by the VA shows that community care works and the VA can facilitate it for veterans, they are just choosing not to. The VA wont change unless we demand it. This is the easiest way to demand accountability.
