I want to take a moment to express our gratitude for the folks over at Awake Window & Door Co. The culture they have created for their employees is nothing short of amazing and it is seen in the quality of the products they create. Today, I am grateful. I am grateful for the reminder that there is still so much to learn on this journey. I am grateful for the voice of Eddie Pinero that today has me examining my "ropes."
