It's Friday Eve! We are ready for the weekend, are you? We have some announcements to kick off the weekend fun.

For those who do not know, S & L Association Management, Inc. sold to The Avalon Management Group, Inc., AAMC on September 1, 2020. You've probably noticed their name and letter head on certain communications. For the months of September & October you will notice minimal changes to the day to day of the association.

On November 1, 2020 there will be a change to your owner portal and banking. Please keep your eyes peeled for communications regarding these changes! Additionally, Avalon has retained the staff of S & L so your manager will continue to be Linda Jabouri.

Addressed to the homeowners on Gleneagles Court:
The City of Temecula has informed us that there will be a Slurry Seal taking place on Monday, October 8, from 7am to 5pm. Please be aware, the street will be completely blocked off during this time. The slurry project manager has advised that all homeowners needing access to their home off of Gleneagles Court between the time frame, should park their vehicles away from the street the night prior (Sunday night) so that they may walk to their vehicle during the slurry. If they do not, they will not be able to drive to and from their home during that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. They will be leaving door hangers this weekend notifying all homeowners affected. If you have any other questions, please contact the City of Temecula - Public Works Department:

Sharing our landscape company's spring newsletter

At our January 11th open meeting, The Rainbow Canyon Villages Homeowners Board appointed resident Daniel Wood to the open board position vacated by James Beckley's retirement. Mr. Wood has been active assisting our HOA in the past two years and was recognized in 2017 for his help in improving our budget planning. Dan was also selected as this year's treasurer.

This year, we look forward to continuing improvements to our common area landscaping and the water easement trails. We will also be undertaking a long-needed legal review and restatement of the HOA's aging Bylaws, CC&R's, and General Rules to ensure they comply with current laws and court decisions.

A message from S&L Management association:

Production of the 2018 HOA payment coupon books was delayed by a change of banking service to Alliance Association Bank.

The coupon books are expected to ship by January 8, 2018. Please note the new payment remittance address listed on the coupon book is as follows:
