TVHS Golden Bear Foundation The purpose of the GBF is to provide opportunities for the development of students by encouraging them to excel in their education and specific interests.

The Foundation was established in 2008 on behalf of, and in support of our current and future students. The Foundation is a California Public Benefit Corporation. IRS Section 501 (c)(3) Non Profit Organization. A primary function of the Foundation is to provide opportunities for enhancing the development of our students, and encouraging them to excel in their specific areas of interest and educati

on. After in-depth discussions with teachers, administrators, and parents, we have identified several areas where the Foundation, with community support, can assist. TVHS has over 80 clubs and programs that will benefit from your volunteer time and your financial contributions. The Foundation’s primary source of funds will come from local and national corporate sponsors. Each student organization will be given the opportunity to earn their own funds while using equipment and ideas provided by the Foundation. This symbiotic relationship will help maximize the profitability and success of each fundraising event.
