Our Founder, Rina Rabinek (AKA Marina Rabinek ), was in D.C. last week to advocate for Women Veteran Healthcare at the 2026 Women Warriors Summit by Wounded Warrior Project.

She joined 5 more women veterans from California to “storm” Capitol Hill and tell our stories to gain SUPPORT for the VOICES for Women Veterans Act - expanding much needed research into how women use the VA. We also advocated for H.R. 7411 / S. 3395 - Mammography Access for Veterans as well as bills for Menopause Care & Research.

Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, a pivotal moment in American history when the last enslaved African Americans learned of their freedom. As we honor this day, we reflect on the strength, courage, and perseverance that define the journey toward justice and equality.

At Military Women's Collective, we stand in solidarity with all who continue to fight for freedom and equality. Let us remember the past, celebrate progress, and commit to building a more inclusive future together.

Today, we remember the courage of those who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944. 🇺🇸

We remember the beachheads:
UTAH, OMAHA, GOLD, JUNO & SWORD and the men who gave their lives for our freedom.

We remember the courage displayed at Pointe du Hoc by the Army Rangers.
Under relentless enemy fire, they scaled towering cliffs with ropes, ladders, and unwavering determination to complete a mission many believed impossible. Their bravery became one of the defining moments of D-Day and a lasting symbol of grit, sacrifice, and service.

D-Day was more than a military operation. It was ordinary people carrying extraordinary weight, pushing forward through fear, uncertainty, and sacrifice for something bigger than themselves.

At , we honor the legacy of every service member who answered the call that day and every generation that followed in their footsteps. Their bravery still echoes across time like waves against the shore, reminding us that freedom has always been carried by the hearts of those willing to serve.

We remember the fallen.
We honor the survivors.
We carry their stories forward.
