Bright Futures is seeking a passionate and relationship-centered Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant to support young children, families, and early childhood providers across our region.

This role focuses on helping create nurturing, supportive environments where children birth to age 6 can thrive socially and emotionally while strengthening the capacity of early care and learning programs throughout Western Colorado.

📍 Service Area:
San Miguel, Ouray, Montrose, Delta, San Juan, Gunnison & Hinsdale Counties

🕒 Part-Time | Approximately 30 hours/week
💲 $30–$35/hour

We are looking for someone who is:
✔ Passionate about early childhood mental health
✔ Relationship-focused and trauma-informed
✔ Collaborative and community-minded
✔ Experienced in working with young children and families
