Not your average neighborhood butcher, Sadie offers thoughtfully sourced meats, unique cuts, and hands-on classes that deepen customers’ connection to what’s on their table. In her world, nourishment is not transactional, it is relational.

Jim carries the memory of Telluride in motion. 20 years as a postman taught him the geography of people as much as place. Now, behind the wheel of the Galloping Goose, he continues his gentle rounds, trading mailbags for conversation. Bear at his side, he moves through town like a living archive, proof that community is built one greeting at a time.
