Only two more days! You can almost smell the ramps!
Some FAQs about our festival:
- The event is rain or shine. It was looking kinda scary for Saturday for a while there, but the forecast has definitely improved! The highly accurate East Tennessee weather folks 🤣are saying mostly cloudy in the morning with partly cloudy skies in the afternoon, with a high of 77. If you remember last year, you'll be happy to know that we're expecting a LOT less wind this year (5-10 mph)!
- We are CASH ONLY. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we're a small group of volunteers with an even smaller profit margin, so credit cards are a complication and expense we can't afford right now, and checks can be risky. (Note: many of the vendors do take cards.)
- The ramp meal is scheduled for 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. We can't start serving before then, and if the food runs out, we stop early. It's happened before, so try to come early!
- You should bring your own seating for outside - there is very little available, and you'll want a place to sit to listen to the great music. Chairs for everyone in your party or a blanket are good ideas! (Please keep in mind that the ground could be be damp).
- Again, we are a small group of volunteers. Things move slowly at times, but please be patient! We are doing the best we can.
- 100% of the profits of this event - that's right, 100% - go back into our community. It's the only fundraiser we do all year, so the money earned is how we fund our projects.
- For more information, see one of our members. We'll be wearing navy blue T-shirts with our logo. We will also have various signs posted around the event for your reading pleasure. 😁
