One of the best jobsite neighbors EVER! Not only did Roxanna Fulkerson Huff provide the refreshments for last week’s home dedication… she kept the crew in steady supply of cookies throughout the build. She has been informed we expect the same treatment when we’re not building directly across the street. 😆

Certificate of Occupancy in hand! Inspector Bruce has been great to work with. Like most small town leaders, he wears many hats. He actually used his lunch break at his day job to attend our dedication. The entire community of Cannelton has been super supportive.

Every homeowner education session ends with a crawlspace tour. Often the most apprehensive part of the session. 😂 But as Lexi Maree said, “It’s not so bad down here.”

Big day today! Congrats to Lexi Maree for purchasing her new home!
