We hold fundraisers for wanted or desired items for our parks or community centers, we provide scholarships, we hold informational meetings, we clean up our community. We are a 501(c)4 non-profit organization formed to aid the community in anyway that would benefit the residents and to support the community. We cannot enforce the CC&R's, but we support the community during cleanup days, Oktoberfes
t, Halloween Trunk or Treat and the other holiday events. We bring in speakers to keep the community informed on various subjects, we do the election forums for the CSD re-elections and other boards that affect our community, i.e. We are the catalyst that lets you meet your neighbors through SSPOA General Meetings, Meet & Greets and other events throughout the year.
