The Friends of the Tehachapi Library's Fall Book Fair is this Saturday, October 11th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Courtyard of the Library at 212 S. Green Street (in conjunction with the Apple Festival)
We are hosting a "We Love Locals" book sale on Friday early evening, October 11th from 4:00-6:00, before the Apple Festival begins on Saturday. Our community has been generous with quality donations and we want to show our appreciation
The Boutique section of our sale has specialty priced books, discounted vintage, sets, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, and some records, and comics. Our Vintage area has priced books and sets 50 years and older. The remainder of the sale is our popular Bag Sale. You may fill a bag (provided) for only $5!. From 3:00 - 5:00 pm discounts are offered: Boutique items are half off, and you can fill (provided) bags for only $1!
Bag sale area is sorted by topic or genre, for example: Childrens & Young Adult, General Nonfiction, Biography and Autobiography, Health and Fitness, Religion and Spirituality, Humor, Travel, Reference, STEM, Classics, Poetry and Plays, mysteries, romance, fiction, and more...
If you wish to shop from 3:30-4pm Friday or 9:30 -10:00 am Saturday, you may join the Friends as a Community Friends member for $10 donation at the door.
