At Country Oaks we encourage one another to Worship, Grow, and Serve together to glorify God. We want to be a church body that has a deep, red-hot love for Jesus, His Word, and the glory of God. With this shared passion, we join together Sunday mornings to pray, give, sing, preach, fel

lowship, and enjoy the glory of God in corporate worship. Grow - A healthy church body is one that is growing in its relationship with the Lord. Although God has provided many means for personal growth, we believe growth happens best in context of intimate, loving communities. We offer midweek Growth Groups where you can find encouragement and accountability. Serve - God is a communal God of love (Father, Son & Holy Spirit). Being a God of love, He has commanded His children to follow in His footsteps and actively love one another. In His love, Jesus came to serve not to be served. We long to serve one another with the same attitude as Christ, a self-sacrificial love.

This week we are praying for our newest members at COBC: David & Jackie Dawson, George Semerenko, and Allie White. Pray that they seek to use the spiritual gifts God has given them to build up and encourage the body of Christ at COBC. Pray that they would grow in their love for Christ as they serve and are served within our church!

"Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love."
