Current general updates:

Opening Day this Saturday!

Schedule for Picture Day (8/29) will be done and posted tomorrow. More to come.

Some divisions are full, some have space for a few more players.

Most of our uniforms have arrived, we're getting those to our coaches to distribute. We're doing everything possible for the remaining third, and will update through coaches.

Tonight at 6pm is the division meeting for 8U boys and girls, come out to meet your child's coach and get more information on what day your child's practices will be on ☺️

Dont forget tomorrow is Field Day!! Come and be apart of getting our fields ready for the fall season!
We need help filling in gopher holes, mowing, cleaning up the snack shack, and more! Let the kids play while we get our fields looking beautiful again!

Regular Registration has ended and we have reviewed the number of players in each division signed up so far. We will take late signups as long as we have space, then wait-lists will begin. (If the website lets you pay, there is at least one spot left.)

AYSO 479 does not over-book divisions. We do not want kids sitting as much as playing, because that's not how they develop as players or have fun with their friends!

Some divisions are closer to being full than others; HS Girls and Under 10 Boys (born Aug 2017 to July 2019) are the divisions most likely to completely fill up.

The Middletons have been AYSO volunteers for longer than nearly anyone currently involved here. Pam managed our snack bar for years and Miles spent several seasons volunteering as a referee with us, as well as their involvement with many other Tehachapi organizations, including roller hockey and animal foster care.

Lt Col Miles Middleton was killed in a B-52 test flight yesterday at Edwards Air Force Base. Please sign up to bring them dinner, or donating to their children's future education if you can. Nothing we do can fix something like this, but we can all lift some small part of each other's burdens.
