Tebbetts Community Follow the events of Tebbetts, MO. A small, quiet, quaint, friendly, country town which has many community events to build fellowship and friends.

Tebbetts is an unincorporated community near the Missouri River in southern Callaway County, Missouri. For more than 60 years, we have welcomed friends, neighbors and guests to our annual picnic. Our community center hosts other dinners and events throughout the year. The Katy Trail State Park, one of the longest rails-to-trails projects in the U.S., passes through our village.

BBQ Porks Steaks, Friday, June 5th, buffet 5:30 to 7:30. Drive Thru 5:30 to 6:30, Tebbetts Community Center, Adults $15, Child 10-5 $5, over 90+ young years is free. Serving BBQ pork steaks, hot dogs, scallop tators, green beans, salad, dessert, drink. Buffet also includes corn, baked beans, home-baked bread & homemade ice cream. Open to public. We are right on the Katy Trail and easy walking distance from the Tebbetts Katy Trail Hostel. Nice place to stay over night.

A little late posting this. Todd Vandelicht was the winner of the 50/50 donation drawing at the Tebbetts April Dinner for Clint Leeper’s benefit. When we called Todd to inform him he had won, he said without delay, “give 100% of the drawing to the family”. This shows how much Todd cares about others. Below is copied from his website for his jewelry store, Vandelicht Jewelry located in Jeff City.

WOW! What a great turn-out at our Tebbetts Friday night dinner. Served 316 customers raising over $4,000 to help put a new roof on the community center. We still have a ways to go to meet our goal of raising $30,000 for the roof project and repairs to the upstairs ceiling. I do apologize for running short on pork steaks and desserts. For June, will serve pork steaks again. I know the buffet line was long, but hopefully worth the wait and hoping you will come back in June We cooked 220lbs of steaks last night but will increase the amount for the June dinner.

please share..... Come join us on Christmas Day, 12/25, for lunch at noon. Serving Sailsbury Steak, chicken surprise, sides, drinks, desserts. The Community Center is rented; thus, we will eat at 3603 State Road AA, Holts Summit (Sam and Dona's party barn). Food is provided by the Tebbetts Community Center. If you need a ride or would like a meal delivered, message or call Sam at 573-680-7213. If you think you are coming leave a comment. But if you cannot commit till the last minute, that is ok. Don't stay at home, come join us. No need to bring a dish. The meal is free.
