A little Taylorsville History about all the spring daffodils around town:

Carol and Loren Kingdon planted literally hundreds and hundreds of daffodil bulbs alongside all the roadways, beginning more than 50 years ago. The community has long enjoyed the floral heralding of the spring season. Kudus to Indian Valley Academy staff and the entire student body that have continued to support Loren and Carol's gift to the community from decades ago.
