HOA Board is aware of issues with the keycard system, specifically getting in to the clubhouse for the bathroom. We have put a call in to the on call technician with the company that services that system for us, unfortunately he is not able to come out until Monday.

For the time being, the back door is propped open so there is access to the bathrooms.

It's that time of year again! Yardwork season!

Lets all keep in mind that 'all properties shall have a landscaped front yard with any grass areas to consist of bermuda sod and no plantings or other landscaping shall be permitted which limit sight distances along any street or way.'
Article 7 / Section 2 of the neighborhood convenance.

We have two local Taylorsville non profits that operate mainly on donations to our donation bins. Cardinal of Hopes bin is located at Sanctuary Church and Helen’s Healing Animal Rescue and Sanctuary's bin is located at Rockin Rooster and Happy Hen.

Both organizations are registered with the State of Georgia.

We would like to offer a pick up service for any of the left over yard sale items on Saturday. We can have our truck available at the end of your yard sale and load up anyone’s donations.

Would you please share with the yard sale participants?

🎈🎈🎈 Balloons for the yard sale Saturday for participating residents are available for pickup at the clubhouse!

We hung a white bag on the clubhouse mailbox with balloons. Please feel free to drop by and grab one to affix to your mailbox Saturday morning! 🎈🎈🎈
