Creating Something For the Community, With the Community 🏡✨

We’re building a venue that brings all generations together—not something kitschy, but a place with real quality where everyone from toddlers to grandparents can enjoy themselves.

It all started after church one Sunday—4 kids of ours, 8 from one family, 3 from another... we ended up at Chipotle. Two hours. Chaos. 😂 There just weren’t many options for families like ours to gather, eat, and let the kids play safely.

So we’re creating that place. A venue where younger kids can play in a fenced-in area, older ones can play mini golf, and adults can actually relax and connect.

What’s even better? The community isn’t just the reason we’re doing this—they’re becoming part of it. People are investing, sharing ideas, and shaping this space together. That’s what makes it special. ❤️

One of our proudest moments?
When someone on our team grows so much… they outgrow us.

Because that's the goal.
At Taylor’s Station, we don’t want people to stay forever — we want them to level up.
We want to build leaders, not just employees.

Our team will learn how to hustle, how to lead, how to serve — and when it’s time, how to go launch their own thing. That’s a win for them, for us, and for this community we love.

We’re not just opening a pizza place and a mini golf course.
We’re building a launchpad for people.
And Taylors, SC? This is just the beginning.

Culture matters.
At Taylor’s Station, we’re not just building a place to eat or hang out — we’re building a place where people want to be.

Ever walk into a restaurant and feel like… no one actually wants to be there? Not the staff, not even the owner? That’s the opposite of what we’re going for.

We’re inspired by leaders like David Glass, GM at Maple Street Biscuit. When he hires someone, he promises them 3 things:

You’ll leave every day exhausted — because you’ll work hard.

You’ll become a better teammate.

And you’ll walk away a better person.

That’s the kind of energy we want to bring to Taylor’s Station. We want our team to take pride in what they do, and for guests to feel that the moment they walk in. Not just good food — but good people, good vibes, and a place that feels alive.

No neglected signs. No halfhearted service. Just real work, real care, and real community.

Let’s talk 🍕 — because if you’re building a pizza restaurant, the first big question is: what are we gonna eat?

John’s been diving deep into the menu and aesthetic, and we’re excited to share a little of what’s coming:
✔️ Handcrafted pizzas (yes, we’re making our own dough + sauces)
✔️ Fresh, creative salads 🥗
✔️ Tasty sandwiches 🥪
✔️ Fun kids’ food + soft serve 🍦

Pizza is global comfort food — you’ll find it in India, Central America, and pretty much everywhere. It just feels good, and that’s exactly the vibe we’re bringing to Taylor's Station.

Oh — and yes, we’re eyeing some pretty fancy pizza ovens. Stay tuned 🔥

Look at this! Every bit matters.

I was speaking with one of my neighbors today. I think there’s something important to share from that conversation. He mentioned how he doesn’t have millions of dollars to give to this project.

We don’t need one person to give millions of dollars. WE need lots of people in the community to make this project a reality. We’re happy to have every single one of you come on board with us.

We will have some updates later this week in regards to where we stand on the project and also additional investors that we have been talking to

🌳 We’re not just building a place — we’re building community.

When we started our redevelopment project in Taylors, we knew we had to dream boldly. Because what’s missing today isn’t just fun or food — it’s connection.

Too often, we live next to people we never actually know. We drive to our destination, do our thing, and go home. No real interaction. No shared space.

At Taylors Station, we’re flipping that script.

We’re creating a place where people come to be with people — not just to stare at machines or scroll their phones. Yes, there will be mini golf, great food, and plenty of fun — but the heart of it all? Shared experiences. Real connection.

We’re even planning trail systems to link nearby neighborhoods, so you don’t have to drive to get here (though of course, we’ve got parking too 😉).

🚀 Big things are happening in Taylors, SC 👀
Hey, I’m Chad Choquette — web developer turned real estate guy, now diving headfirst into revitalizing our small town. Taylors has always had that quiet charm, but now we’re at a crossroads — opportunity + vision = a chance to bring new life to Main Street.
