nd of mine. You could say he was the best guy friend I ever had! I loved him with all my heart. On October 6, 2017, George was brutally murdered. Beyond devastated, I knew I had to honor him the best way I know how!! Not just now but for as long as I can! The George Pegram Foundation is a non-profit organization that will provide scholarships to youth for sports programs. Too many kids do not get to play because it isn't in the family budget. That is where we step in and help!! George loved to play football, played it professionally in Germany, and when my daughter decided to play tackle football he went out and bought her all kinds of gear. He thought that was the coolest thing ever! I want to pass it along and keep his legacy alive! He had his quirks but he was a great guy who didn't deserve the horrific death he experienced and I believe he would do this himself if he could! I want to do everything I can to make this foundation a success for the youth in our community!! We also want to make an impact on the homeless population here in Greenville. Expect to see events to help our fellow citizens in our town!
