Ag mechanics and welding teachers know this problem better than anyone.
There is not a good central place to find classroom-ready DXF files, shop project plans, welding projects, build guides, rubrics, material lists, and project resources that actually fit an ag classroom.
Most of the good stuff is sitting on individual teachers’ computers.
A plasma file you cleaned up.
A welding project your students enjoyed.
A build plan you have used for years.
A rubric, worksheet, material list, or shop diagram that saved you time.
That kind of resource has value.
TradeCraft Marketplace is being built to become the DXF and project plan repository ag teachers have needed for a long time — but it only works if teachers contribute the resources they have already built.
This is not a random file dump.
The goal is to build a practical, organized, ag-specific marketplace where ag teachers, welding teachers, ag mechanics teachers, and FFA advisors can find resources made for real school shops and real agricultural education programs.
Teachers should not have to keep reinventing the same projects from scratch.
And good classroom-tested resources should not stay buried in a folder where no one else can use them.
