The 2026 Community Impact Grant Cycle is now open.

If your nonprofit, grassroots organization, or community initiative is working to strengthen rural South Central Texas, now is the time to apply.

Through the Red Door Fund for Mental Health, Green Door Fund for Workforce Development & Education, and Rural Community Health Fund, GFCF invests in projects that expand opportunity, improve wellbeing, and respond to the real needs of our rural communities.

Applications are open now through June 30, 2026.

The Community Extravaganza will be a fun, family-friendly event featuring music, food, and local vendors. It is open to the general public, geared toward families with children enrolled in Head Start centers.

Access to food is essential to community health and navigating food access shouldn't have to be done in isolation.
