Top Of Ky Dance Club The preservation of bop, s**g, and swing style dancing, and the preservation of beach, bop, s**g, and the rhythm and blues music.

The TOP O' Ky Boogie Association shall be a non-profit dance organization directed toward the entertainment and fellowship of the constituent members. TOKYBA is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Bop, S**g, Swing, Jitterbug and other style dancing and the preservation of Beach, BOP, S**g and Rhythm and Blues style music agreeable to the membership.
