Very pleased to announce that Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School has been selected to receive $1,000,000 in grant resources to support the establishment of a new on-campus culinary arts facility! Proud that policies we in the legislature took action on to establish and expand the Commonwealth’s Skills Capital Grant Program continue to benefit the district I represent! BP Regional Tech’s new and improved culinary program will soon provide hands-on training and education for 100 high school & adult program students on the latest professional cooking techniques, bakery and pastry art fundamentals, food sanitation and safety, and hospitality skills. The new culinary arts facility will host a school restaurant and hospitality functions for the local community as well.
