Thank you so much to everyone who helped us with the food drive! With your support, Nutrition Mission was able to make a great donation to the Middleborough community at the local St. Vincent de Paul food pantry. I also spoke with Olinda Morrison, the Conference President of St. Vincent de Paul—Sacred Heart Food Pantry about the need for foods with more nutritional value. Everyone should have access to the foods they need and together we can make this change. 🫶🏼

Thank you, everyone. We had a completely full house on Saturday morning with our large waiting area at capacity, plus a line out the door. We served more people than we ever have. We had to re-stock the shelves 3 times in the 2 hours that we were open. But our customers were patient and friendly through all the waiting, and everyone left with full bags. It's because of your donations that it happened. The people of Taunton & our friends really pulled through and made a big difference for a lot of families.

We will be open Saturday, November 22, 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

With the SNAP and WIC programs closing as of today, local food pantries will be facing a great increase in the number of people coming in. We would like to take a minute to recognize Lily Clondas, a freshman at Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School. Although she is from Taunton, she is spreading awareness of food insecurity and proper nutrition throughout neighboring communities as well. She has been volunteering at the Matthew Mission Food Pantry for 5 years! While stocking the shelves, she realized how much food was processed and felt the need to educate donors on healthier choices. She has created The Nutrition Mission whose motto is "Educate, Motivate, Donate". Please check out her page! With The Nutrition Mission , Lily hopes to achieve more awareness and a broader audience to act on the issue of food insecurity by hosting food collection drives and donating the items to Taunton and area food pantries. Thank you Lily for donating to our food pantry & being such a brilliant voice for good in the world! You are Awesome! ❤

Thank you so much for everyone who made today possible! Because of the Nutrition Mission’s supporters we were able to donate over $250+ worth of food to 3 different pantries! None of this would have been possible without all of you. This really shows how together we can make a change. 🫶🏼🫶🏼
