Stop by the League House (35 S. Broadway | Tarrytown) TODAY and bring a new toy ( newborn to 14 | approximate value $20) to donate to Open Door Family Medical Centers Toy Drive. Shop for holiday treasures at The Nearly New Shop and buy a fresh holiday wreath ($20 decorated) from Girl Scout Troop #1484. We will be here on the second floor wrapping toys until 4pm!

Today Junior League WOH donated 2 car loads of food to St Theresa of Avila in Sleepy Hollow. Turkey, stuffing, veggies, fruit, gravy, potatoes, cranberries and more! Thank you to Tarrytown Stop & Shop for having everything well organized for us at pick up today. Enough for 22 families to have a full Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow.

We are proud to be supporting Open Door Family Medical Centers annual toy drive. A NU Toy Store is offering 10% off a toy for the drive when you mention Open Door.

Please join us for a Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 1st from 10am-5pm.

For this festive one-day event, the League's Nearly New Shop will feature specially curated holiday items, toys, and children's books. Fresh holiday wreaths will be for sale from Girl Scout Troop 1484.

In community partnership, JLWOH is hosting an Open Door Family Medical Centers Toy Drive and Wrapping Event on the second floor of our League house. Please consider bringing a new, unwrapped toy (newborn to 14-years old) to directly benefit Open Door Foundation's 2018 Toy Drive. We will wrap it for you, and Open Door will be there to collect it! Visit A NU Toy Store and mention Open Door to receive a 10% discount on your purchase for the Toy Drive.

The Nearly New Shop is a resale shop for gently-worn women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. It is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday from 10am-5pm. All donations are tax-deductible, and the money raised goes toward JLWOH's community programs that help underserved women, children, and families in and around the Rivertowns.
